Are you thinking about 2018? What didn't happen in 2017 and what you'd like to accomplish in the New Year? Yes? Me too! I have learned so much about nutrition, I have eliminated bad habits and created many excellent good habits, so much so, it's a habit and effortless now!

However, what I haven't done is make sure exercise is a habit! It seems I have a history of starting and stopping! I can think of many times I felt strong and could do many things -- why did I stop?? I don't know, but the getting started again feels like pulling teeth!

That is my number one focus for 2018 to get in shape, to get a habit and a routine around exercise that lasts me to the end of my days! Eating healthy without exercise does not make a healthy person! And I don't like feeling old and fat or not having energy!

My other focus will be sleep, I have a bad habit (I blame this on the boyfriend) of falling asleep in front of TV, staying up too late, waking up during the night by the TV! Sometimes event staying awake!

And how about stress? Yes, I could do better - I think the exercise and the sleep will work together to help me manage the stress! I didn't realize I was such a highly stressed person! But I am! And stress adds a lot of damage to the body! Thank goodness I have my Juice PLUS and healthy eating to help my body minimize that damage --- but imagine what kind of health I could experience getting this in balance!

Yes, I am excited about the New Year, my own Health Transformation, the friends I will make to support me on my goals and the friends I will support to reach their health goals!

2018 here we come better than we were!
