Many people ten to think they eat healthier than they really do.  For one, they may have misconceptions of what healthy eating really means.  Second, it's human nature to remember healthier choices or moments, such as passing on a donut or eating only half of the super-sized meal, while easily forgetting those that are less healthy.  Food journaling, however is a great way to avoid these pitfalls so you can make healthy choi8ces and maintain a healthy diet.
