Don't Give Up

OK, so I am 63 days into my P90X work out. Automatically, without warning, my self talk says I am not doing good enough. Ughh! I have learned to force my self to look at the positive! When I started I was only doing 30 minutes of a 60 to 90 minute work out -- that's progress -- pat myself on the back. When I started, I practiced low impact aerobics -- never letting my feet leave the ground -- now I am jumping up and down! That is progress! pat myself on the back! Learning how to pat myself on the back and look at how far I have come instead of how far I feel I need to go, gives me hope, feels good, gives me motivation, makes me happy, instead of dragging me down!
This is a journey and I am going to stay on my path! Come on along! How are you doing?
