I was just reading today in the book, "The Doctor is In Evaluating Female Hormone Management" by Audrey L. Ross, N.D. and Johy F. Whitehorn, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
how important nutrition and exercising 30 minutes a day is to our health and to manage our hormones! Something close to my heart right now! This book also says that the best exercise for osteoporosis is walking! So I am on the right track! AND guess what is the only supplement they recommend??
